My Favorite Avocado Toast

I know you're probably thinking this is the most basic post ever, but if you've tried avocado toast then I think you're on the same page with me. It's one of the best breakfasts- nutritional and tasty. If you have yet to jump on the bandwagon, this is your wake-up call.
If you want to try my recipe, this is what you'll need:
Sourdough bread
Avocado (duh)
Garlic (powder or salt)
Chia and/or hemp seeds
Arugula
Broccoli Sprouts
Obviously you probably know how to make toast. I'll just give you a brief overview of how I assemble my masterpiece:
Toast the bread, then put half of an avocado on top and mash it with a fork to spread. Sprinkle some garlic on there for that extra special flavor. Get your fiber in with those seeds (use both chia and hemp if you're feeling extra frisky). Then garnish like a pro with your washed arugula and sprouts.
You can customize this to your liking with different bread, choice of greens/seeds, etc. If you're feeling frisky you can also cook an egg to top it all off.
